The Service is operated by the MedyPulse team ("MedyPulse", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. 2. Nature of the Service — Informational Directory Only

MedyPulse is a doctor discovery directory that aggregates and displays publicly available information about doctors practising in and around Bangalore, India. This information may include a doctor's name, medical specialty, locality, qualifications, years of experience, patient ratings, and associated clinic or hospital. This information is compiled from public hospital websites and public doctor directories.

The Service is provided for general informational and search purposes only, to help you discover and locate healthcare professionals. MedyPulse is a technology platform and directory; it is not a hospital, clinic, healthcare provider, medical practitioner, or any other kind of licensed medical or diagnostic facility.

3. No Medical Advice

Nothing contained on or made available through the Service constitutes medical, clinical, diagnostic, or professional healthcare advice, and none of it should be treated as a substitute for consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

You should always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read on the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

4. No Endorsement

The listing of any doctor, clinic, hospital, or other entity on the Service does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, referral, or guarantee by MedyPulse of that person or entity, nor of their qualifications, competence, availability, or quality of care. Patient ratings and similar data reflect publicly sourced opinions of third parties and do not represent the views of MedyPulse. The order or manner in which listings appear does not imply any endorsement or preference.

5. No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any doctor–patient, provider–patient, or similar relationship between you and MedyPulse, nor between you and any doctor listed on the Service. MedyPulse does not facilitate, arrange, or book appointments and is not a party to any interaction, consultation, or transaction that may occur between you and any healthcare professional. Any such relationship is formed solely and directly between you and the relevant professional.

6. Accuracy and "As Is" Disclaimer

The information on the Service is drawn from publicly available third-party sources and may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or no longer applicable. Details such as a doctor's specialty, qualifications, experience, availability, location, and affiliation can change over time and may not be reflected on the Service.

You should independently verify any information directly with the relevant doctor, clinic, or hospital before relying on it or making any decision based on it. The Service and all information, content, and materials on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, compilation of listings, software, and other content created by us (excluding third-party data and materials), is owned by or licensed to MedyPulse / MedyPulse and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content without our prior written consent. The names "MedyPulse" and "MedyPulse" and associated logos are our marks and may not be used without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• use automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, or data-mining tools, to access, extract, or copy data from the Service, except as expressly permitted;

These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, operate, or endorse these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or any products or services offered by them. Accessing any third-party site is at your own risk, and your use of such sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Advertising and Analytics

The Service uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand usage and Google AdSense to display advertisements, both of which may set cookies and collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. Advertisements displayed on the Service are served by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of such advertisements or for any products or services they promote. Any dealings you have with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
